How a skin check-in works

It sits alongside your body scans, so you can see your skin and your shape on the same timeline.

01

Take three face photos

Pip guides you through them and frames them the same way each time, so this week’s photos can be compared with last month’s.

02

Answer a few questions

Tell Pip whether your skin feels dry, and whether anything stings or feels tender. These answers feed two of the five scores.

03

Compare with last time

Each check-in is saved to your Skin Story, so you can see whether a score has moved and look at the photos side by side.

What goes into your Glow Score

Three scores come from your photos and two come from your answers. Pip labels each one, so you always know which is which.

What it isn’t

The Glow Score isn’t a skin diagnosis.

It tracks how your skin looks in photos and how it feels to you, so you can spot changes over weeks. It can’t tell you what’s causing a change.

Light makes a big difference to skin photos. Take them in the same place, at a similar time of day, without makeup if you can.
