Who these terms are with

These Terms of Use are between you and Unakin Ltd, company number 14570755, whose registered office is Flat 25, Ironworks 58 Dace Road, London, United Kingdom, E3 2NX. They apply when you access or use the Pip mobile app, pippeptide.com, or Pip's guides and calculation tools (together, “Pip”).

By using Pip, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally agree to them in your country, do not use Pip. Pip is not designed for children; a person who cannot agree for themselves may use it only with a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for that use.

The iPhone app licence

Apps downloaded from Apple are licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement remains the licence for the iPhone app. These Pip Terms supplement that licence with product-specific safety, acceptable-use, privacy, and website terms; they do not replace the Standard EULA or Apple's App Store terms.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.

What Pip does

Pip helps you keep a visual progress record using guided photos, optional weight and treatment context, AI estimates and fitted bodies where you agree to them, comparisons, illustrative scenarios, and answers based on your saved record. Features vary by platform and release.

Pip may change, improve, suspend, or remove a feature where reasonably necessary for safety, law, platform requirements, or product maintenance. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that data can be restored after deletion, app removal, device loss, or damage.

No medical advice or treatment decisions

Pip is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, pharmacy, or substitute for a qualified professional. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a treatment or dose, monitor a medical condition, or establish that a medicine, peptide, diet, or activity caused a change.

Photo-derived shapes, comparisons, charts, scenarios, Ask Pip answers, and website calculators can be incomplete or wrong for an individual. They are informational aids only. Do not use them to start, stop, select, mix, reconstitute, dose, or change a medicine or peptide. Check labels and calculations independently and ask a qualified clinician or pharmacist. For urgent symptoms or emergencies, contact local emergency services.

Your content and private record

You keep ownership of photos, notes, exports, and other content you add. You give Pip permission to process that content on your device and, after the clear agreement shown in the app, through the limited remote services needed to create an AI scan, fitted 3D body, or Ask Pip AI answer. The Privacy Policy identifies those services, the information sent, retention, and deletion controls.

Use only your own content or content you have permission to use. Do not use Pip to record another person without their informed permission, to infer sensitive traits about someone else, or for surveillance, harassment, discrimination, employment, insurance, credit, or another high-impact decision.

Local data can be permanently lost when you delete it or remove the app. Create an export first if you want a copy elsewhere. A recipient or storage service you choose for an export controls its own copy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Pip unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
• misrepresent an estimate, scenario, or visual result as a clinical measurement;
• interfere with Pip's security, integrity, availability, or normal operation;
• introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or attempt unauthorised access;
• copy, resell, or commercially exploit Pip except where law or an applicable open-source licence permits it; or
• reverse engineer Pip except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly allows.

Intellectual property and third parties

Pip's name, branding, software, interface, editorial content, and original materials belong to Unakin Ltd or its licensors. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. No rights are granted except the limited right to use Pip in accordance with these terms and the applicable app-store licence.

Apple Health, device services, app stores, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Railway, OpenAI, Modal, selected export destinations, and linked websites are supplied by third parties and may have their own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our control, but this does not remove any responsibility that the law places on us.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what stays on your device, the limited information that service providers may receive, retention, deletion, exports, and your privacy rights. Do not send body photos, health records, medication documents, or a Body Story export to ordinary support email.

Membership and auto-renewing subscriptions

Pip may offer weekly and monthly membership. The paywall shows the plan, duration, benefits, and full price in your app-store currency before you buy. Apple or Google processes the payment; Pip does not receive your card details. Both plans unlock the same membership unless the paywall clearly says otherwise.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your app-store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Subscriptions or Google Play. You can use Restore Purchases in Pip for an eligible purchase. Deleting Pip or its local data does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled under the applicable store rules.

We may reasonably change membership features for safety, law, platform requirements, or product maintenance, but we will not remove rights that mandatory consumer law gives you. No free trial applies unless the app store purchase screen expressly offers one.

Availability, warranties, and responsibility

We provide Pip with reasonable care and skill. Subject to mandatory law, Pip is otherwise provided as available and without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a medical purpose, or accurate for an individual. Visual differences may reflect clothing, pose, lighting, hydration, recent meals, or other capture conditions rather than physical change.

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by relying on Pip for a medical or treatment decision, or loss of local data where the deletion or lack of cloud backup was clearly explained.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You may stop using Pip at any time and can delete local records using the app controls. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach, security risk, or a platform requirement.

We may update these terms when Pip, the law, or platform requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively; continuing to use Pip after an effective update means you accept the updated terms where the law permits that form of acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory rights or courts available to you under the law of the country where you normally live.
