Where can you inject a weekly GLP-1, and how do you rotate sites?
The patient leaflets for Mounjaro and Wegovy name three areas: the stomach, the thighs and the upper arms. They say to use a different spot each week, and you can stay in the same area if you move within it. Wegovy’s leaflet adds: keep 5 cm from your belly button. Follow your own leaflet.

What the leaflets say
Where and how to rotate, by medicine.
Short summaries of the injection-site wording in each leaflet or label. Your pen’s Instructions for Use has the full steps.
Mounjaro (tirzepatide), UK patient leaflet
Where: Stomach area (abdomen), upper leg (thigh) or the back of your upper arm. Someone else should help if you use the back of your upper arm.
Rotating: You can use the same area each week, but choose a different injection site within that area.
General guidance from medicine leaflets, not medical advice. Your own leaflet, pen instructions, nurse, pharmacist or prescriber come first. If a site is sore, bruised or changes in a way that worries you, ask them.
