“Not stated on their site” means we couldn’t find it on that app’s website or App Store listing. It may still exist in the app. The four other apps are free to download on the US App Store. Pip Body Scan is coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone, and needs a membership to see your results.
How we compared
We read each app’s own website and its US App Store listing on 25 October 2026. Ratings and prices come from Apple’s public lookup on the same day. We haven’t used the rival apps’ paid tiers, so the table reflects what each company says.
Pip Body Scan is made by the people who run this site. Read the comparison with that in mind.
The five apps in brief
Shotsy is a GLP-1 tracker with a free tier that covers shot logging, reminders, site rotation, side effects and weight. It works on iPhone and Android, plans titration and exports a PDF for your doctor. Shotsy+ adds an estimated medication level chart and Apple Health sync.
MeAgain is built around food. You log meals by photo, barcode, voice or search, and it tracks protein, fibre and water next to your doses and symptoms. Its food guidance is built by a registered dietitian. It’s on iPhone and Android, with a free version.
MeThreeSixty is a 3D body scanner with GLP-1 dose tracking. Two poses give a 3D avatar and more than 14 measurements, including body fat and lean mass, with BMI on Premium. It has a large user base, a free tier and an Android app.
Glowise is a calorie and meal tracker with GLP-1 support. It offers voice and photo meal logging, menu scanning, seven-day meal plans, dose reminders and side-effect logs.
Pip Body Scan logs shots, side effects, meals, workouts and weight, and turns four guided photos into a 3D model of your body each week. You can compare any two check-ins side by side.
What Pip Body Scan doesn’t do
If any of these matter to you, another app on this page will suit you better.
- It’s iPhone only. There’s no Android or iPad app.
- There’s no free tier and no free trial. Your scan results stay frosted until you join.
- It has no titration planner, medication level chart or next-site suggestion.
- It doesn’t log food by photo or barcode, and it doesn’t track water, sleep or steps.
- You can scan once a week, not every day.
- Your four scan photos are sent to OpenAI and Meshy to make your scan, after you agree.
- Body-fat and waist figures are AI estimates, not medical measurements.
Which one fits you?
- Shotsy
- You want free shot and side-effect logging, an Android app, titration planning or a PDF for your doctor.
- MeAgain
- Low appetite makes food the hard part, and you want photo or barcode logging with protein, fibre and water goals.
- MeThreeSixty
- You want a free 3D body scan with lots of measurements, and you’re happy with a lighter dose log.
- Glowise
- You want calorie targets, meal plans and recipes alongside your doses.
- Pip Body Scan
- You’re on an iPhone and want to see where your body is changing, with your shots, symptoms and meals on the same record.
Questions people ask.
Is there a GLP-1 tracker app for Android?
Yes. Shotsy, MeAgain and MeThreeSixty all say on their sites that they’re on Google Play, and Glowise’s changelog says it came to Android on 6 August 2026. Pip Body Scan is iPhone only and has no Android app.
How much do GLP-1 tracker apps cost?
Shotsy, MeAgain, MeThreeSixty and Glowise are free to download on the US App Store. Shotsy, MeAgain and MeThreeSixty have free tiers with paid upgrades, and Glowise sells subscriptions in the app. Pip Body Scan is coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone. It has no free tier: your first scan will be free to take, then you join a weekly or monthly membership to see your results. There’s no free trial.
Which medicines do these apps support?
Shotsy and MeAgain list semaglutide, tirzepatide and other GLP-1s, as shots or pills. Pip Body Scan has semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), liraglutide (Victoza, Saxenda), dulaglutide (Trulicity), retatrutide (clinical trials only) and tesamorelin built in. You can type any other name, and log injections, pills or creams.
Which GLP-1 tracker is best for privacy?
They handle data differently. Shotsy keeps iPhone data on the device and syncs it through your private iCloud; on Android it uses Google Firebase. MeThreeSixty says scan images are processed on the phone and never stored on its servers. Pip Body Scan needs no account and keeps your record on your iPhone, but your four scan photos go to OpenAI and Meshy to make your scan, after you agree. Meshy’s copy is deleted once the 3D body is saved on your phone. MeAgain’s and Glowise’s home pages don’t cover this, so check their privacy policies.
Do any of these apps tell me what dose to take?
No. Shotsy, MeAgain and Glowise each say they don’t give medical advice. Pip Body Scan gives no personal dosing advice and never sets your schedule. Talk to your prescriber about doses.
