Where they differ
Shotsy does more for the shot itself. It plans titration, suggests your next injection site, shows an estimated medication level and exports a PDF. Most of that is free, on iPhone and Android.
Pip Body Scan does more for your body. Four guided photos make a 3D model each week, and you can compare any two check-ins. The shot log is simpler: Pip shows your last site but doesn’t plan doses or suggest the next site.

Questions people ask.
Can I use Shotsy and Pip Body Scan together?
Yes. Some people log shots in one app and scan in another. Pip Body Scan can’t bring in Shotsy’s history, so you’d keep the two records separately.
Is Shotsy free?
Shotsy’s site says its core tracking is free with no time limit. Shotsy+ adds the estimated medication level chart and health app sync.
