Waist in centimetres
Each weekly scan gives an estimated waist, worked out from your four photos.
Waist tracker
Pip Body Scan estimates your waist in centimetres from four guided photos. You can scan once a week, and each scan gives a new estimate, so you can compare your waist from week to week alongside your 3D body. It’s an AI estimate from photos, not a tape-measure reading or medical measurement.

Scan once a week and compare your waist estimate with earlier weeks.
See the estimate beside a 3D model of your body, so a number never stands on its own.
The same scan gives an estimated body-fat range and fat-free mass.
Roughly where your waist sits against US adults of your age and sex. Not shown if you’re 60 or over, or haven’t given your sex.
Scan in the same spot, in similar fitted clothes, at a similar time of day.
Accuracy limits
Body-fat and waist figures are AI estimates, not medical measurements. Clothing, pose and light can shift the result from one week to the next.
Waist is the only circumference Pip shows. Pip doesn’t measure muscle, and there’s no BMI, visceral fat or metabolic age score.
