Capture the entry, not an interpretation
A treatment log is most useful when it preserves the facts you entered. Record the product name, date, time, amount and unit without rewriting the plan from memory.
If the label, prescription or clinical instructions are unclear, pause and check with the supplying pharmacy or prescriber.
Keep reactions and daily experience separate
A note made at the time of an injection is different from a symptom or appetite entry recorded later. Separating them keeps the timeline readable and makes corrections easier.
An apparent timing relationship can be worth discussing, but it does not prove a treatment caused how you felt.
Review before relying on the record
Check the entry after saving it, especially the unit. Correct obvious mistakes promptly and use the original prescription or label—not the app—as the authority for treatment decisions.
Keep this check-in repeatable.
- Use the exact treatment name
- Record amount and unit
- Add date and time
- Keep reaction notes separate
- Check the entry after saving
