The five other apps are free to download on the US App Store. Pip Body Scan is coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone, and needs a membership to see your results. Lilly Health is made by Eli Lilly and Company, which makes Zepbound. GlucoPal is listed as “Zepbound & Mounjaro Tracker”.
How we ranked
We ranked for someone on Zepbound who wants to log each shot and see their progress. We weighed four things, in order: a free shot log that covers dose, site and side effects; how many US ratings the app has; what it adds for seeing body change; and whether it’s on the App Store now.
Shotsy, GlucoPal and Pep pass the first test, so they come first, in order of US ratings. MeThreeSixty and Lilly Health don’t say whether they log side effects, and Lilly Health’s listing doesn’t mention injection sites either, so they come next, again in order of US ratings: MeThreeSixty has more. Pip Body Scan fails the first test, scores well on the third and not at all on the last, so it sits at the bottom.
The six apps in brief
Shotsy is the most-rated GLP-1 tracker here, with 33,987 US ratings. Its free tier covers dose and site logging, next-site suggestions, side effects and weight. It also exports a PDF for your doctor.
GlucoPal is listed as “Zepbound & Mounjaro Tracker”. It needs no account, keeps records on your phone with optional iCloud sync, and logs meals by photo or barcode. Medication-level forecasts and PDF reports come with GlucoPal Pro.
Pep logs shots or pills, tracks dose increases as your prescription steps up, scans meals with AI and keeps measurements and progress photos. It backs up to the cloud when you sign in, and works on iPad too.
MeThreeSixty is a 3D body scanner with dose tracking. Two poses give a 3D avatar with 14+ measurements and body fat, and its FAQ says the free tier keeps your five most recent scans.
Lilly Health is Eli Lilly’s own free app for people on Zepbound, Mounjaro or Foundayo. Its listing describes a logbook, dosing reminders, trend charts to share with your doctor, connected devices, savings information and recipes. It’s for US residents 18 and over.
Pip Body Scan logs shots with dose, site and any site reaction, tracks how you feel each day, and makes a 3D body from four photos once a week. Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) is built in.
