Peptide Tracker is listed on the App Store as “Peptide Tracker Log & Reminder”, by Flat Six Labs; its in-app purchases are founding-member and tip payments. Pep AI is a different app from Pep, the GLP-1 tracker. The five other apps are free to download on the US App Store. Pip Body Scan is coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone, and needs a membership to see your results.
How we ranked
We ranked for someone logging a peptide protocol, by vial tools first: apps that work out reconstitution in the app, then apps that keep a vial inventory, then apps with neither. Within each group, the app with more free tracking comes first (free with no subscription, then free for one compound, then subscription only), then the one with more US ratings. Pip Body Scan is last because it has no vial tools or free tier, and it doesn’t list research peptides.
Pep AI now sits above Regimen because its official material advertises a reconstitution calculator as well as vial inventory. Injectly is fifth under this inventory-focused rule; if you only need a free injection record, it may fit better. These are advertised bookkeeping features, not evidence that mixing or using a compound is appropriate. We have not tested any calculator’s safety or accuracy.
A word on research peptides
Several of these apps include research peptides such as BPC-157 and TB-500 in their libraries. PeptidePal’s own listing says many compounds in its library “are not approved by the FDA or other regulators for human use”. An app listing a compound doesn’t make it approved or safe. Talk to a qualified clinician before you start anything.
What Pip Body Scan covers
Pip Body Scan has semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, dulaglutide, retatrutide (labelled for clinical trials only) and tesamorelin built in. You can type any other name, and log injections, pills or creams with the dose, unit (mg, mcg, mL or units), site and any reaction. It doesn’t list research peptides, and Ask Pip won’t help you buy, source, mix or prepare them.
For protocols, it does less than every other app on this page:
- Up to 12 treatments, each on a rhythm of every day, every week or every 2 weeks. No cycles or custom intervals.
- No vial inventory or reconstitution in the app.
- No estimated level chart.
- iPhone only, and results need a membership.
