Ratings are from the UK App Store, using Apple’s public lookup on 26 October 2026. GlucoPal is listed there as “Mounjaro Tracker”. The five other apps are free to download on the UK App Store. Pip Body Scan is coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone, and needs a membership to see your results.
How we ranked
We ranked for a typical person on Mounjaro in the UK who wants to log each jab and see their progress. We looked at four things, in this order: whether the app is on the UK App Store now; whether logging your jab, site and side effects is free; how many UK ratings it has; and what it adds for seeing body change.
Pip Body Scan comes last because it isn’t on the App Store yet and has no free tier. If seeing your shape change matters most to you, MeThreeSixty and Pip Body Scan are the two to compare.
The six apps in brief
Shotsy had 4,296 UK ratings, the most of the jab trackers we checked. Its free tier logs your dose, time and site, suggests the next site and records side effects and weight. It also exports a PDF you can take to your GP or pharmacist.
GlucoPal appears on the UK App Store as “Mounjaro Tracker”, with 2,094 UK ratings. It needs no account, keeps your record on your phone with optional iCloud sync, and adds meal logging by photo or barcode and side-by-side progress photos. Level forecasts and PDF reports need GlucoPal Pro.
MeAgain is the food-first choice. You log meals by photo, voice, barcode or search, with protein, fibre and water goals beside your jab days. It had 201 UK ratings, against more than 38,000 in the US.
Glapp follows the medicine closely: a site rotation plan, an estimated level curve, appetite and food-noise check-ins, and a supply tracker for pens and vials that deducts each dose. Its October 2026 update added British English.
MeThreeSixty is a 3D body scanner that also records your medicine, dose and site. Two poses give a 3D avatar with 14+ measurements, and it had 2,012 UK ratings.
Pip Body Scan logs each jab with dose, site and any site reaction, a daily check-in of how you feel, and a weekly 3D body from four photos. You can enter weight in stones and pounds. Its percentile comparisons use US population data, so they mean less in the UK.
What none of these apps do
None of them should decide your dose. Glapp’s site says it tracks the schedule you enter but doesn’t recommend one, and Pip Body Scan gives no personal dosing advice. Questions about your dose belong with the GP, nurse or pharmacist who prescribed it.
What Pip Body Scan doesn’t do
If any of these matter to you, start with another app on this page.
- It isn’t on the UK App Store yet.
- It’s iPhone only, with no Android or iPad app.
- There’s no free tier. Your results stay frosted until you join.
- It doesn’t suggest your next site or chart your medication level.
- Your four scan photos are sent to OpenAI and Meshy to make your scan, after you agree.
