Where they differ
Glapp is built around the medicine. It plans site rotation, shows where your medication level may be between shots, tracks pens and vials dose by dose, and compares your weight loss with trial results and with other users who started at a similar weight. Its core tools are free, and it works in a web browser as well as on phones.
Pip Body Scan is built around your body. Four guided photos make a 3D model each week, with body-fat, waist and fat-free mass estimates, and Body Story puts your first and latest check-ins side by side. Its treatment log is simpler: it shows your last site but doesn’t plan the next one, and it has no medication level chart or supply tracking.
Glapp’s October 2026 update added British English and five other languages. Pip Body Scan is in English only.
