Injection site tracker

How does Pip Body Scan track injection sites?

In Pip Body Scan, each time you log a shot, you tap where it went on a front and back body map: left or right abdomen, thigh, upper arm or glute, or Other. Pip shows your last site when you log the next one, and you can note soreness, redness, swelling or bruising.

What the site log records

Every shot keeps its site, dose and time together, on the same timeline as your scans.

01

Tap the site on a body map

Pick the spot on a front and back body figure. It takes one tap.

02

Eight sites, left and right

Abdomen, thigh, upper arm and glute, each on the left or right. Choose Other for anywhere else.

03

See where you went last

When you log your next shot, Pip shows the site you used last time.

04

Note any reaction

Mark a site as sore, red, swollen, bruised or other, so you can spot a site that keeps reacting.

05

Kept with the dose

Each entry also holds the date, time, amount and unit, and an optional note. Edit, undo or delete it later.

06

Injections, pills and creams

Log injections, pills, creams or other treatments in the same place.

What Pip won’t do

Pip shows your last site. You choose the next.

Pip doesn’t suggest injection sites, doses or schedules. Ask your prescriber, nurse or pharmacist how to rotate sites.

If a site stays sore, red or swollen, or you’re worried about a reaction, speak to a healthcare professional. Pip is a progress tracker, not a medical device.

Questions

Short answers about logging injection sites.

Does Pip suggest my next injection site?

No. Pip shows the site you used last, but it doesn’t pick the next one. Ask your prescriber, nurse or pharmacist how to rotate sites.

Which injection sites can I log?

Left or right abdomen, thigh, upper arm and glute, or Other. You pick the site on a front and back body map.

Can I record a reaction at the site?

Yes. Each shot can record a site reaction: sore, red, swollen, bruised or other. You can add a short note too.

Will Pip tell me what dose to take?

No. Pip Body Scan is a progress tracker, not a medical device. It records the dose you enter but doesn’t give dosing advice, set a schedule or suggest an injection site. Your prescriber sets your dose.
